Do you want to enjoy this weekend's sunshine? Stable cottage is available until Tuesday- I'd had it blocked off in case there was too much to do after I got back from holiday, but it is now all ready.

The Spring flowers are starting to come out. These were near the Insh Marshes viewpoint, along the little trail there. The viewpoint is a great spot to see a range of overwintering geese and swans, ducks, roe deer, and marsh harriers.

Did you know that we are only one and a half hours from one of the loveliest beaches in Scotland? These photos were taken at Lossiemouth last week. But there are other beaches an hour away. So you can enjoy mountains and sea in one stay.

Lovely autumn weather. This is from Pippa and my walk from the house/ cottages this morning. So you don't have to go far to enjoy the scenery, this was a 2.8km walk and most of the shots were taken close by.

We can totally recommend The Paper Shop Bakery Kingussie. Lovely fresh and tasty cakes. They are not open full time yet but have various pop up events until they are able to open up fully.
