For some reason this view (when you can see it) always makes me pause and soak it in.

It's a view familiar to anybody that has walked to the summit of Ben Nevis, the cairns marking out the change in compass bearing required for safe passage around the gullies on the plateau.

Monochrome day out in Lochaber on Saturday.

Felt inspired after seeing Jasmin Paris do talk about her amazing achievements, especially at Barkley Marathons, so added MaB on after Bynack More.

Saturday was definitely one of my best in the hills.

It had everything!

Fantastic weather once I broke through the cloud inversion (I was a bit worried for the first hour, before I broke through🤣)

So many Brocken spectres actually got bored of them 🤭🤥🤣.

Some fantastic running on spectacular ridges above the clouds all day.

Absolutely magical!

I didn't see a single other person all day, just me and moving through the hills.
