Due to a cancellation today, Netherwood House is now available for rent this Christmas, 22- 29 December or a minimum of 4 nights during this week. The cost should be £320.00 per night but we will offer £50 off per night so it will now be £270.00. The house can sleep 3 families so this shared is a very good price. It is a great place to be at Christmas with the log fire burning and the tree in the corner! Santa and his reindeers will appear in the High Street on Christmas Eve and you can walk with them along to the Highlander Hotel for mulled wine and mince pies. Magical!! Lots of beautiful winter walks to be enjoyed on the doorstep too.

Netherwood is the perfect base for golfers exploring the delights of nearby Highland courses. Boat of Garten is one of James Braid’s most attractive designs, undulating gently through silver birches and offering lovely views of the Cairngorms. Rated number 37 in Golf World’s 2023 review of Scotland’s courses.
In Aviemore, Spey Valley is a superb championship course which hosted a European Challenge Tour event for 10 years - won in 2013 by US PGA Champion Brooks Koepka. Every hole has a distinct personality and views of the surrounding mountains.
Newtonmore, Grantown - on - Spey (both with James Braid connections), Carrbridge and Kingussie are delightful local clubs where a warm welcome is assured. More championship golf is not far away, at Nairn, Castle Stuart and Lossiemouth.

Netherwood has great flexibility and variety in its accommodation which would suit golf groups. In total it can sleep 12 but it is perfect for groups of 4, 6 or 8. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. In total these can sleep 8 but also just 6 people each in their own bed which is perfect for a group of a men or women.

In addition there is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds; 2 or 4 can sleep in here but we would recommend 2 adults or 4 children.

Finally there is a separate small child’s bedroom with a cabin bed and cot.
One twin bedroom is downstairs, adjacent to a bathroom. Upstairs there is a bath/shower room with a separate toilet.

We still have several weeks available the summer with a minimum stay of 3 nights. The cost shared between a group is great value for money!
