About me:
I am passionate about travel, both as a consumer and as a provider of excellent service. I am was formerly a travel consultant, and have been travelling myself. I discovered my fondness for travel in 2013 while on a post-university tour of Southeast Asia. As a reasonably well-travelled, extremely polite and helpful person with excellent organisational instincts, travel consultancy is a natural career path for me.
I aim to provide a complete and efficient service free from the overlong descriptions, deceptive 'from' prices and pushy salespeople. The inspiration for this stems from working briefly at a travel agency which seemed more concerned with tricking customers into paying more than providing good customer service.
I take pride in my work and everything I create. I provide a high-quality and efficient service with a personal touch, focussing on ensuring the satisfaction of the client throughout the process.
