The boots are ready, the dogs are excited, and Norfolk is every bit as beautiful when the skies are grey. Rainy days mean quieter beaches, windswept walks and plenty of muddy adventures.

Oh no! We’ve woken up to the news that our booking software is currently down.

Don’t worry, all existing bookings are still secure and unaffected. Unfortunately, while the system is offline, we’re unable to make any new bookings, take payments, or check existing bookings until their website is back up and running.

If in the mean time there are any dates you would like to check, please send us an email and we will contact you as soon as we are back up and running.

Changeover day at Oak Tree Cottages means Arna takes her role in dog hamper quality control very seriously 🐶🐾 Every treat has been carefully inspected, every blanket thoroughly tested for cosiness, and overall tail-wag appeal has officially been approved.

Inspection duties are now complete, so our hardworking supervisor is enjoying a well-earned nap before today’s new guests arrive.

We’ve had a rare June cancellation at Church Fields Cottage

Our lovely repeat guests were due to stay with us for two weeks, but sadly, they’ve had to cancel following some really upsetting news. We’re sending them lots of love and look forward to welcoming them back next year❤️

So, unexpectedly, one of our favourite summer stays is now available again.

Think slow mornings in the garden, coastal walks, BBQ evenings, dogs asleep after a day on the beach, and a proper catch-up with family or friends 🌿🐾
