Just amazing!

We cant quite believe it. 5 years today Verini Travel (or CT4N Travel as it was known then) and The Greek Specialist became a reality. During that time we have had our ups and downs as any business does, we went through Covid, I completed a management buyout and went through the rebranding to Verini Travel. The one thing that has stayed constant is our approach to customer service where we really want the best for our customers. The business would not be where it is today without help from other people so thank you Ian Combellack, Ben Cheshire, Caroline Whitby, Julie Allen, Marian Harper, Protected Trust Services, and my parents George & Gwen

Thank you also to the amazing suppliers who I have had the pleasure of working with over that time - Caroline Cairns, Penny Naoum, Joanne Palladium, Lisa Jones, Tasha Smith Sig, Mark Richardson Constantinou Bros, Kev Gaddes, Darren Eade, and many others who I cant tag.

I have had the opportunity thanks to those suppliers for amazing trips to Jamaica, Halkidiki, Crete, Zakynthos, Athens and Cyprus so that I can share the knowledge I have learnt with my customers.

Its also great to be working with other travel agents so that I can assist them with their Greek enquiries.

I'm sorry it's taken a while to contact you but we just wanted to thank you for your suggestions and help for our holiday to Greece in May
Firstly, the hotels you suggested. All different but they were all spot on! Excellent. The view from our room in Symi was glorious and the Lango in Kos was just an outstanding hotel.
You took the self doubt and trepidation out of self booking ferries to get between the islands as the taxi company was excellent and on time and took us where we needed to be - similarly with the airports.
Also your help when BA started cancelling flights after booking took the strain out of rearranging them.
I have to say we're converted on an island hopping holiday, and we'll certainly be looking to revisit Greek Islands in summer 2027.
We've already recommended you and Verini to a work colleague here in Aberdeen, and I think you may have heard from them already.
We'd certainly recommend you to others we know and to anyone who might read this as a review.

When something goes wrong, it’s all about how you deal with it! This customer was hit by the ferry cancellations in Greece on Sunday but we found him an alternative way home and to get a message/review like this makes it all worthwhile.
