Being a Travel Consultant isn’t just my job, it is my absolute passion! I have always been intrigued by exploring new destinations and sampling different cultures and have been fortunate enough to experience some amazing trips. I therefore appreciate first-hand how important it is to make memories that last a lifetime. After obtaining my degree in International Tourism Management at Leeds, I took
a gap year to embark on a world trip. Travelling through Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and America gave me a wealth of first-hand knowledge. Soon after my return, I joined Trailfinders, an award-winning travel company in order to continue to indulge my love of travel. I was then fortunate enough to tick many more destinations off my bucket list, with highlights being visits to Iguassu Falls in Brazil, the Taj Mahal in India and viewing the Big 5 in South Africa. I spent 9 years working as a Tailor-made Travel Consultant and Supervisor. My expertise lies in First & Business travel although I’m more than happy to arrange any type of trip. What I love most about working for Travel Counsellors is that I am able to take time to truly get to know you on a personal level and understand exactly what your requirements are. I can then tailor-make a unique and bespoke itinerary especially for you. Booking a holiday is a very personal (and I believe exciting) experience so it’s imperative to get it right! As an independent agent, I have the freedom and flexibility to find you the perfect holiday match as well as offer you impartial advice along the way. I have no ties or loyalties with specific suppliers – my loyalties lie firmly with you. I work from my home office in Beeston so have the time and flexibility to devote to you, whatever time of the day you need it. As a busy working mum of 3 young children myself, I fully understand that standard office hours are not always convenient!
