Directions from Oban to the cottage: • Take the A816 South, (Campbeltown signs) for about 6 miles; • Then take a right turn for Easdale on the B844 (single track road); • Cross the single-arch masonry bridge onto the island of Seil; • Drive through the village of Clachan Seil for about 1 mile; • Take a right turn onto a side road with a sign marked ‘Ardencaple’; • Carry on up this narrow road taking the first side road on the left; this is the access road for Oban Seil Croft. • Cross the cattle grid with care: Croft Cottage is ahead and first on the left.

25 years ago the old cottage on our family croft was completely renovated and given a new lease of life as 4-star self-catering accommodation. Since then, we have welcomed folk from all over the world to the beautiful island of Seil, near Oban, on the west coast of Scotland. We think there's something special about this part of the country. If you fancy coming to see it for yourself, our cosy, well-equipped cottage is the perfect place to stay.
Croft Cottage is comfortably furnished to a high standard with electric central heating throughout. Downstairs, the living room features an open fire with solid fuel included at no extra cost. It has Freeview TV, a DVD player, CD player and radio. The fully-fitted kitchen/dining area includes an electric cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Cot, high chair and stair gates are available on request.
The cottage has an entirely new upstairs bathroom and sleeps up to 4 people in double and twin bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided.
A small garden can be found to the front and side of the cottage with superb views overlooking Seil Sound. Ample private parking is located to the front of the building, and there is a handy drying area to the rear.
