Another 5 Star review on AirBnB from our guest this week. Scott contacted us through AirBnB at 1pm on Wednesday and was in the cottage by 4pm 😆 luckily the cottage was all ready for his stay (apart from his welcome pack, which was quickly sorted 🤣). Thank you Scott for your lovely words. We are now ready for our regular guest Steve, who is visiting his gorgeous family this weekend ❤️ we still have some availability in September, so if you have friends and family coming to see you and you need more room, please contact Helen 07392 830084.

The evenings are getting darker, and autumn is on its way. Hi everyone 😎, we are all ready for one of our regular guests this weekend, who is visiting his lovely family. We appreciate you choosing Spire View Cottage again, Steve; it means the world to us. The new management team at the Robin Hood in Clifton Reynes are opening their doors for the first time this afternoon. We wish Mark and Petra the best of luck, so if you are in the area, pop along and say hello (and buy beer, of course). The weather looks a bit hit and miss this weekend, but lovely to have an extra day off to enjoy our beautiful town. What a fabulous afternoon in Olney yesterday ❤️ the Olney Rugby Club had their fabulous bike event in glorious sunshine ☀️ There were all sorts of motorcycles, from old to new, and lots of enthusiasts, delighted to tell you more about their amazing vehicles. Today I had my friends daughter from Australia visit, who happens to be called Grace, after our beautiful Olney Hymn ❤️ we had pancakes in the parlour, visited the museum so that she could learn all about Newton and Cowper, and of course the Olney Hymns. We then visited St.Peter and St.Pauls church. It was a whistle stop visit, but she is in the area for a few months, so with her annual ticket for the museum, I am sure she will be back again 💕 Thank you Grace for visiting Olney x

Good evening 😊 I would like to say thank you to our lovely weekend guests, who stayed at Spire View Cottage, whilst visiting friends and family in Olney. They had traveled from Northern Ireland, and they loved Olney (of course they did!). They shopped, ate and drank in our lovely bars and restaurants, and said they enjoyed everything Olney has to offer. Please come back again soon Joe. Now to get ready for our next guests, who like Joe, are visiting family in our beautiful town. We still have availability for September, including BOFF weekend, so if you have family or friends coming to see you to enjoy the weekend of fabulous music and great food, please get in touch if they need somewhere to stay ❤️
