🧑‍🍳An old favourite that is a popular time and again. This class is suitable for anyone beginning to bake or anyone that’s wants to try something new.

It is hands on and demo style. You will leave with new recipes to try at home plus the breads you made on the night.

I will demo some jams with fruits in season. I will also demo some Rhubarb and ginger scones to try out the jam🙂

🍅Who would like to learn hands on how to make homemade pizza dough and fresh tomato pizza sauce to create your own margarita pizza 🍕using fresh basil to finish it off🌿

Then learn how to make a shortcrust pastry to line a fluted flan tin to make a quiche Lorraine 🥚🥚just in time for the good weather. 😎

🧑‍🍳I will also demonstrate how easy it is to make Rosemary and red onion focaccia with a soda bread base🪴🧅.

This Class can be booked by any private group at a time that suits each particlar group.

🧑‍🍳I have been working on my Sourdough bread for a couple of months. 🍞This is my third one.

I found it amazing that Sourdough is made with only 3 ingredients, flour water and salt!!

Should be ready to teach a class soon. Let me know if you are interested in learning how to make Sourdough. 🙂

Little explorers will uncover the secrets of Irish river life— from the tiniest critters to the larger river residents.🐟 Indoors, kids will get hands-on and create their very own river creatures through creative crafts in our Exhibition Area.🎨 Then, we’ll head outside for a guided walk to the beautiful Davagh Water.🌿 As the sun sets, the adventure continues with a journey into the cosmos.🌠Junior astronomers will turn their eyes to a different kind of river – the river in the sky, the Milky Way.
