Do not touch the motorhome thermostat today. Do not ask "are we there yet?" Do not distract him while he is reversing. And under no circumstances should you question his cooking.

Today, Dad is the Captain of the Camper. Let him drink his coffee in peace while staring blankly at a lake. It’s what he wants.
