This week UX2 has welcomed 700+ incredible young people to our 5 sites for their NCS 5 day residential. In my mind before they even start the activities, they have shown their character and bravery, to step outside the box and push themselves. Well done all and we hope by the end of the week you will have grown in confidence, self belief and have some cool new skills! Life begins when you step outside your comfort zone!

It was a pleasure to work with Pilot on their NCS delivery for West Anglia College. Great group of young people looking to join the uniformed services, they all worked hard as we worked on resilience, teamwork and leadership- well done all. A huge thank you to Richard and team for allowing us to utilise the stunning venue Bawsey Estate & Country Park and for providing food for the group. Finally as always a massive shout out to the UX2 team who, led by coowner Pete Hardy, did a fantastic job as always. Good preparation for a big summer ahead!

Although the past two years have seen very limited activity from UX2, including a stag do, a residential for a CCF group, and some training days for NCS - things are getting ready to hot up. Here at HQ there has been a lot of preparation work going on, it’s looking like a busy time ahead!
