2024 has been and gone in a flash! As a small business we aren’t very good at promoting ourselves on social media, but we are determined to become better at it!
As many of you will know our house is our labour of love, and continuously needs care and attention. This year at Overton Annexe we have re-painted, re-bathroomed, re-linened and, most significantly, re-rendered the front of Yield House!

Sadly, in early 2024 we had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Bosch, after 13 years in our family. He was always the most exuberant welcomer of guests, and his passing left a big hole in our lives, so after a few months of doglessness, we welcomed Honey into our family! She is smaller, fluffier but understands her responsibilities to greet everyone who comes to visit. She features in this short compilation we have put together of 2024….

Happy 2025 to all our guests! We look forward to welcoming back old guests, and saying a happy hello to new ones in the new year.

Acknowledging this glorious late summer sunshine by trialing a small swimming pool / large paddling pool on the annexe roof. The idea behind it is… should we invest in a hot tub?? What are your thoughts….

We were fortunate to have a very busy year last year, with guests staying for work; visiting family; Bombay Sapphire tours and of course Carfest.
If you are looking for a similar getaway this year do get in touch. As per last year we are also taking single night bookings for January and February too.
