‘I don’t know if I will get anything written from clients but they were blown away. Trip was off the charts amazing and hopefully this was the 1st of many charters for them! Catamaran Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 ‘SOLOMAR’ is a brand new crewed catamaran on the Adriatic. Marko and Iris, Captain and Chef, are an experienced crew, soon to be accompanied by a third crew member.

Iris is a chef with a deep connection to the sea. Her true passion has always been in cooking and sailing. She is a Nutritionist with the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines, allowing her to craft dishes that are not only delicious but also mindful of various dietary needs.

Iris brings the Mediterranean lifestyle onboard, specialising in authentic Dalmatian dishes made with fresh, local ingredients, often adding a modern twist to traditional flavours. We present SOLOMAR’s Sample Meal Overview.

CATAMARAN MALA - RAISING CROATIAN YACHTING STANDARDS
