At the moment it runs onalternate Fridays. Although the club has always had a leaning towards traditional music, we welcome all performers, and are happy to have singer - song writers and blues players among our regular performers as well as enthusiasts of English, Scottish and Irish traditional music. As we will be paying for hire of the room at the British Legion we are suggesting that a cash contribution of £3 - £4 might be appropriate. This will obviously have to be more on guest nights, which happen from time to time, but will be well advertised. The good news for drivers is that there is plenty of free parking on-site. And for non-drivers, the bar downstairs is subsidised, just be aware of bingo there between 8.30 and 9.30 so best just go quietly for that hour!
