The Manor Wychwood is located independently in the nearby hamlet of Fordwells in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Set in 3 acres of parkland and dating back to the mid 1800s, a barn conversion with 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, games barn and hot-tub.

The property has a vaulted and beamed sitting room with large inglenook fire place and stove. A newly fitted kitchen dines all guests together and includes an electric range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, an additional drinks fridges with bar, dishwasher and microwave.

Ultra fast (up to 300Mbps) WIFI is provided, a 55 inch HDTV in the sitting room and a 43 inch HDTV in the kitchen/dining room. Digital electric radiators throughout and mostly oak flooring to ground floor. Laundry facilities are provided in The Games Barn.
