Located at the edge of the old town on the road leading up out of Padstow, Baxters Cottage is just 2 minutes' walk from Padstow's picturesque harbour and yet provides parking for two cars. It is just a few hundred yards from the shops, pubs and many highly recommended restaurants, including Rick Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant. Beautiful sandy beaches within the estuary are a short walk from the

town and the estuary waters are also popular for water sports such as sailing and windsurfing. A 5-10 minute drive gives you a choice of several spectacular sandy beaches and coves on the dramatic North coast. The cottage has recently been refurbished and redecorated in a contemporary style and now offers well-equipped and comfortable accommodation. Accommodation:
GROUND FLOOR: HALL coat hooks, W.C., stairs to first floor LOUNGE/DINING ROOM corner sofa, 2 armchairs, smart TV, open fire, DAB digital radio, occasional tables, dresser, dining table, 6 chairs, KITCHEN range of units, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine. Door to garden FIRST FLOOR: SHOWER ROOM power shower, basin, w.c. BED.1 double bed (4'6"), hair dryer BED.2 twin beds (3') BED.3 bunk beds (3'), ALL BEDROOMS wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside unit(s) GARDEN & PARKING: Small paved area to front. Hi everyone - first and foremost, we hope you’re all keeping safe.

We’re hoping that we’ll be able to open Baxters Cottage again from Saturday 4th July 2020, though we will of course continue to monitor the current situation and so this may be subject to change. For the latest advice, please check out Cornish Horizons’ website for further details - https://www.cornishhorizons.co.uk

We’re working with Cornish Horizons, Alisen (housekeeper) and Mark (caretaker), to ensure that Baxters is a safe place for our guests to visit and enjoy. This will include some temporary revised check-in/out times (7pm/9am), to give Alisen, Mark and their teams extra time to safely carry out additional cleaning and maintenance requirements. We’re sure everyone will understand the need to be extra careful currently and thank you all in advance for your understanding.

In these unprecedented times, we’re all (including us!) so looking forward to be able to go on holiday again and visiting this gorgeous part of the world.

If you’ve visited Baxters Cottage previously, we hope you enjoyed your stay and if you’ve not visited yet, or are due to stay sometime soon, we’re sure you’ll love what Padstow and Cornwall has to offer!!
