After a brilliant walk on Tuesday, I’m really looking forward to greeting my four booked in guests for tomorrow’s excursion around Padstow. The weather is looking slightly iffy, so bring an umbrella and I’ll meet you in the White Shelter on North Quay, just before 11am!

Brilliant walk today. I only expected David and Kath all the way from Melbourne but as we were waiting for the off, along came Alison closely followed by Jill and Chris. Two became five!

Padstow was at her best today. Not too busy but just enough bustle to make it interesting. We all had a lovely chat on the way round along with a few laughs. I for one enjoyed their company and it was a very pleasant way to spend an hour or so.

The usual Thursday walk will take place so if anyone would like to join me and my booked in guests, feel free to come along. Looking forward to meeting you!

Good afternoon! I have a couple booked in for tomorrow morning’s History Walk so there will be loads of room for anyone who would like to join us for an illuminating and fun wander around lovely Padstow, learning about the rich, ancient and diverse history of this jewel of the North Cornish coast.

As usual, we meet just before 11am at White Shelter in North Quay Parade. Can’t wait!

The weather this morning first thing turned out to be as forecast and walking around the quay I got drenched however, I had 7 wonderful guests to show around Padstow. The weather cleared, I dried out and the walk ended up being a terrific experience for all of us including myself!

My guests were Jen and David, Graham and Sean, Anna and Roger and lastly Chris. Great people and I thank you for your company.

I have say that the weather for tomorrow’s walk isn’t looking the best but regardless, I’ll be at White Shelter in the morning waiting for any hardy souls that want to join me and my two booked in guests for an historical stroll around dear old Padstow.

Great walk this morning! Originally only had Julian and Mum Alison who were from Australia but before they arrived, Vicki and Durham pitched up. Incredibly, they were Australians too. Our happy band was completed by Sally and Phil.

Off we went and had a brilliantly disjointed and strange walk, which involved retrieving hats from under cars among other things. The usual 90 minutes turned into 2 hours but it was all good fun. I think everyone enjoyed themselves and we all, including the walk guide, learned something!!

Great morning! (Didn’t get too wet either).

Good morning all! Looking like the weather is going back to being showery at times for tomorrow’s Walk but that’s not a problem.
