Hello, my name is Hayley and I am proud to be your local Travel Counsellor. I have over 15 years experience and selling Travel is my passion. As a Travel Counsellor, I have total independence and 100% financial protection. I can offer you best possible service and choice of holiday as I do not have any specific targets and not restricted to any Tour Operator. I treat each enquiry as if it was my own, I often spend many hours researching specific locations, contacting local representatives in resort and arranging 'little extras' to ensure you have the best possible holiday at the best possible price. I do not have 'set' working hours and work to suit you! I am available throughout the week including evenings and weekends. I feel like my feet haven’t touched the ground since we’ve been home - huge thankyou to everyone who has sent an enquiry, those still waiting for a quotation and those waiting for an update or reply to an existing booking!

Jet lag well and truly won last week and I will update everyone ASAP!

Some lovely feedback from clients who arrived at Bristol airport yesterday afternoon to find the flight had been cancelled!

Thankfully, I managed to grab some seats on an alternative flight – arrange an overnight hotel – re book transfers to ensure the holiday wasn’t lost!

I cannot stress this enough – book with a human who genuinely cares & is on hand should disruption happen.

Two best friends, three incredible cities and a first girls’ trip that set the bar sky high: from rooftop cocktails in Singapore to Bali’s golden beach sunsets and the neon buzz of Hong Kong’s skyline. 🍸🛩️🇸🇬 🇭🇰

Along the way there were colourful coral reefs to snorkel, street food to sample, and the most heartwarming visit to an ethical elephant sanctuary, where they could observe these gentle giants up close in a caring environment.

Snorkels, skylines and sanctuary moments: Singapore, Bali and Hong Kong delivered it all, from city lights and sea life to once‑in‑a‑lifetime memories these girls will never forget.

We have just returned from an amazing two-and-a-half week stay at World Quest Orlando Resort 🇺🇸🐭☀️

We booked an upgraded Estate Suite, which offered three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a spacious open-plan living area that was perfect for relaxing after long days in the parks.

We chose this resort for its fantastic location: just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, with a complimentary daily shuttle service that made getting to and from the parks really easy. The resort itself is gated with on-site security, and we loved spending time by the fabulous swimming pool.

Having a washing machine and tumble dryer in the suite was incredibly convenient too, especially for a longer stay like ours! 🧺

I highly recommend this resort for families wanting to have more space and freedom whilst being close to Disney 💕

This morning, we enjoyed a very special breakfast at ‘Ohana, located at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort! 🌺✨

We enjoyed delicious, freshly made pineapple-coconut bread, fresh fruit, and a breakfast skillet, along with adorable Mickey and Stitch waffles! 🍍🥥🧇

Having the characters join us for breakfast made the experience extra magical and truly unforgettable! ❤️✨ I highly recommend adding this character breakfast to your Disney plans—it’s such a special experience for the whole family! 🏝️🌺 -breakfast

🇺🇸ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕞𝕦𝕔𝕙 𝕕𝕚𝕕 𝕨𝕖 𝕤𝕡𝕖𝕟𝕕 𝕒𝕥 𝕎𝕒𝕝𝕞𝕒𝕣𝕥? 🛒🍌

As a family with food allergies, being able to cater for ourselves while we’re away is really important to us. We’re staying in Orlando for 2.5 weeks, so I wanted to make sure we had plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables rather than relying on burgers and fries for the whole trip! 😂🍔🍟

This shop includes a bit of everything — breakfast bits, packed lunch essentials, things for dinner, plus lots of fresh fruit and veg. And of course… we couldn’t visit Orlando without picking up some Mickey Mouse ice creams! 🍦🐭✨

The grand total came to $229.55 (around £169.51), which I actually think is pretty reasonable for everything we picked up! 🛒

✨🪄My Top Tips For Harry Potter World 🪄✨

1. Get there early! 🏍️ Head straight for Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. You can’t use Express Pass on this ride, and the queues can get very long as the day goes on!

2. Do both Harry Potter lands 🪄 Diagon Alley is in Universal Studios Florida, while Hogsmeade is in Islands of Adventure. They feel completely different, so don’t skip either.

3. Try Butterbeer. You can choose from cold, frozen (my fav!) or hot 🧈🍺

4. Don’t rush through Diagon Alley ✨ The entrance is deliberately hidden, and once you’re inside, spend some time exploring the shops and little details rather than just taking photos and leaving.

5. Look up! 👀✨ Some of the best Harry Potter details are hiding above you — from quirky shop signs and windows to rooftops and magical castle details. Don’t miss them!
