🌸 𝒢𝓇𝒶𝓉𝒾𝓉𝓊𝒹𝑒 🌸

Early last month I was reminded just how poor customer service can be when buying from ‘big corporate brands’

We had bought a new tumble dryer & it arrived broken. We tried to speak to a human to resolve the issue and the only form of communication was a live ‘chat robot’ needless to say it was incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Lesson learnt!

Now onto nicer things….

I received a message from clients who had landed into Vancouver and left their kindle in the seat pocket on the plane. I immediately sprung into action calling the airports lost property department and the airline to try and track it down. I kept the clients informed and submitted a lost property form.

I was so pleased to learn not only had the kindle been found it was returned to the clients home address safely for their return. Phew!

My lovely clients surprised me over the weekend and delivered these gorgeous flowers to say thank you 🥰

No live chats or robots in sight! Just good old fashioned customer service 💪

🗺️🌎 𝕎𝕆ℝ𝕃𝔻 𝕋𝕆𝕌ℝ 𝟚𝟘𝟚𝟝 🌎🗺️

These fabulous friends have just returned from a journey of a lifetime! It was lovely to catch up and hear all about their adventures!

This unforgettable trip took them from the vibrant streets of Kuala Lumpur to a full exploration of New Zealand’s North and South Islands, followed by unforgettable stops in Melbourne, Perth, Ayers Rock (including Uluru), Cairns, Airlie Beach, Hervey Bay, Brisbane, and Sydney.....

Then came the cruise of dreams — visiting the stunning Loyalty Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Pago Pago, and wrapping up in beautiful Hawaii before heading home!

It was such a pleasure to look after this incredible adventure - a real bucket list trip 🧡

Just to say I will be on my own holiday from 27th May 2025 returning to the office on 5th June 2025.

I am working my way through outstanding enquiries, urgent amendments and finalising departures (in date order) - if you haven't heard from me I am 'on it' 🤍

I will not be working on any new enquiries after Thursday 22nd May and aim to get in touch with anyone with outstanding quotations over the next week! 🙏
