Lovely day on Tuesday picking our own raspberries from Rowleys Raspberries (can be found on Facebook) and then making raspberry jam. Great to do with the kids. Rowleys Raspberries is only a 2 minute drive from the cottage. Great to make jam with or for adding to your meringues😍

Had a beautiful walk round Talking Tarn in Brampton today. The sun was out and there were signs of new life. Talking Tarn has a lovely tearoom, play area for the kids and boats to hire. Great place for everyone to enjoy🥰

Went for a Easter hunt with the kids yesterday, organised by The Muddy Duck situated in the beautiful village of Caldbeck. The Muddy Duck is a lovely outside cafe that serves hot and cold food and some delicious sweet treats😋 The boys really enjoyed their Easter hunt walk searching for the bunnies.

Lovely walk over Askham fell to Pooley Bridge. Only 7miles there and back and only a 20 minute drive from the cottage. Also had time for a delicious cream scone and a pot of tea😋 Have a look at our website or our page.
