ach of so much in the North Cumbria and Borders area including Penrith, a bustling market town in Cumbria, perfectly located on the edge of the Lake District National Park; The beautiful Eden Valley and North Pennines area which are also on our doorstep, together with easy access to Hadrian's Wall to the north. We are around 10 minutes drive from Carlisle to the north and a further 10 minutes to the Scottish Border. We are only about 10 minutes' drive from the M6 motorway (junction 41 or 42) and the main A66 cross Pennine route. The top end of Ullswater (Pooley Bridge), the nearest lake to us, is about 20 minutes drive. Buses run regularly between Penrith and Carlisle in both directions. We have parking for 1 car. we are also able to accommodate one (1) well behaved dog.
