Penrith Castle. Though now a ruin, its red sandstone walls still whisper stories of medieval conflict and political intrigue. Wander through its remains, imagine knights patrolling its grounds, and take in the views of the Penrith landscape.

The Musgrave Monument, stands proudly in the Market Square of Penrith. The striking clock tower was constructed in 1861 as a tribute from the town to Sir George and Lady Musgrave of nearby Eden Hall, honoring the memory of their eldest son.
