Walking distance to full village facilities- many pubs/restaurants, beach/harbour, Newlyn art school, galleries, neighbouring Mousehole & Penzance. A few miles from St Ives, Marazion, Lands End & Minack theatre at Portcurno. A car is not necessary as the Penzance railway station is a mile away with decent public transport links. Daily sailings to Isles of Scilly, leave from Penzance Harbour.
