Final Day for Yuval and Yiftach

Pick up at the superb The Atholl Arms Hotel Dunkeld before a drive to Glen Turret Distillery via St Mary's Episcopal Church Grandtully to view the stunning ceiling. Followed by a quick viewing of Fortingall Yew one the oldest living things in Europe. A legend suggests that Pontius Pilate was born nearby. 'The son of a Roman envoy and a Celtic Chiefs daughter.' With Edradour Distillery closed for tours we visited the wonderful atmospheric Hermitage, and the wonderful Queens View allowing me to showcase a sample of the stunning scenery in and around Perthshire as well as inform them of the amazing historical events that have occurred here. For the next 3 days we are taking Yuval and Yiftach Kali from Israel on a Whisky tour around Perthshire. Today we visited Will at Whisky Box for a bespoke whisky tasting lesson before visiting Blair Athol Distillery, Pitlochry.

Relaxing before preparing for my next 10 day tour.
Tremendous memories from my last one John and Elizabeth had a great time one highlight was our visit to Chapel built by the Sinclair family for the souls of their family. Barely surviving the Reformation and Cromwell's armies who used it as a stable. A modern day miracle was implemental in its recovery. The filming of The Da Vinci Code and the subsequent visitors contributed to the renovations and wonderful visitor centre.
