NOELLE'S COTTAGES AWARDED FIVE STARS RATING FROM VISIT ENGLAND

We wanted to share our exciting news that Noelle's Cottages and specifically The Barn and The Coach House have been awarded a rating of Five Stars for Self-Catering by Visit England (an independent agency that rates various types of guest accommodation in England, with the rating scheme administered by the AA).

We are delighted that our properties have been judged to meet these high standards.

Hall Cottage will be rated when it has greater availability, but rest assured that standards of hospitality there are as high.

SUMMER AVAILABILITY
We currently have late availability shown below. Please note that we have a 10% discounted offer in place for Hall Cottage on stays from Friday 8th to Sunday 24th August (nights inclusive).

We have shown rates for 7 nights, but longer stays are bookable. Shorter breaks will be available nearer the arrival date, if still available.

Available for nights stayed from Friday 8th August to Sunday 24th August 2025 inclusive.

Available arrival days are Friday 8th August, Friday 15th, Saturday 16th August (minimum stay of 7 nights)
Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd August (minimum stay 2 nights)
The price for 7 nights is £1,130.14 (reduced from £1,255.61)

Hall Cottage sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, plus additional capacity for infants. It has a pretty garden at the front and one designated parking space. (Additional parking is available on request).

Arriving Saturday 23rd August, departing Saturday 30th August. £1,261.00

The Coach House sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, plus additional capacity for infants. It has a pretty and enclosed garden with designated parking for up to 2 vehicles.

THE BARN

The Barn sleeps up to 5 adults and 2 children in 3 bedrooms, plus additional capacity for infants. It has a pretty and enclosed garden with designated parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Current photos. The Barn is a luxurious, architect designed barn conversion and boasts a secluded location nestled amidst two private gardens within the grounds of Middleton Hall. Its modern finishings fit seamlessly within the old retained features, such as the original barn beams.

In case you fancy a break to enjoy the good weather, we have late availability at The Barn during June and July. Great to enjoy this fab weather having a drink on the Barn's sunny patio where the wisteria is in full bloom. The Barn is currently available until 24th June and we have a late availability special offer of up to 15% off. There is good availability in July - please contact us for pricing or check the website. The Barn sleeps up to 5, plus additional capacity for infants. (Sorry no pets at The Barn.)

The Coach House also has late availability until 17th June, with a special offer also. After then, there are some weeks in August still available too. The Coach House sleeps up to 4, plus additional capacity for infants. (Pets welcome at The Coach House.)

Dear Holidaymaker,

The spring is advancing here in Middleton and our gardens are bursting into life with the orchard is full of blossom.

We wanted to let you know that we have availability during May & June at The Barn and in May, including the half term week, at The Coach House. For the summer school holidays we have set prices just above the level of the rest of summer.

We are offering late availability discounts during May - please check our website for pricing.

During the low season we have refurbished the Coach House decorations and ensuite shower room.
