We have a new website. It’s been updated with new photos and is much more interactive. We have also fixed a glitch which prevented our Freetobook reviews from being displayed and have added an option for guests who don’t book directly through the website to leave a review. We are an independent family run cottage and we aim to give our guests a true home from home experience. We do not use agencies and so there are no hidden costs within our competitive rates. Wishing all our guests, past present and future a very Happy New Year. We have had a successful 2024 and look forward to 2025. There are a lot of uncertainties within the self catering industry at this time but we will continue to use the model that has succeeded for us over the past eleven years - an honestly run family business which aims to provide our guests with a reasonably priced, comfortable home from home. We do not use agencies or OTAs but rely on our website and two carefully selected advertising websites which allows our guests to with no hidden fees or costs. Our cottage is our business, not a second home and it is intended to allow our guests to enjoy all that Pickering and the surrounding area offer and thus boost the local economy in the town where we live.
