We’re delighted to be featured in the September edition of Pitlochry Life, sharing the story behind our contemporary woodland retreat in Killiecrankie, near Pitlochry in Highland Perthshire.

Heilan Roo is our luxury self-catering holiday home in Scotland, tucked away amongst the trees, with the Cairngorms National Park within easy reach.

Created as somewhere to slow down, switch off and reconnect with the landscape around you, this feature tells a little more than the story of the house. It shares our family’s long connection with Highland Perthshire, why we chose to build Heilan Roo here, and what we hoped guests would feel when they came to stay.

Seeing our story in print, here in a part of the Scottish Highlands that has meant so much to our family for so many years, feels very special. 🤎
