🌴 Back From Costa Rica: Wow, What A Place!

Billy has just returned from his trip to Arenal & Manuel Antonio in Costa Rica. This is what he had to say:

“Costa Rica certainly lived up to the hype! We started our adventure in the rainforests of Arenal, staying at the Arenal Manoa. Every room faced the volcano, giving us spectacular views to wake up to each morning, while sloths and exotic birds could be spotted around the resort

The journey to Manuel Antonio took around 5 hours by road, but we broke up the drive with a Crocodile Safari, where we got to see some of the resident crocs, including Shakira and Mike Tyson - who measured 5 metres long!

Once we reached Manuel Antonio, the coastal views and stunning beaches were incredible. The sea was around 30°C, which is warmer than anywhere I’ve ever experienced before!

We did have the heavens open on our final day, but we were fortunately ‘stuck’ at the pool bar for a few hours until it blew over… 🍻

Overall, Costa Rica was an incredible mix of wildlife, rainforest and natural beauty. I’d love to return one day and explore more of the country, particularly the Caribbean coast.”
