if you have not filled it in yet and if you get a spare few minutes we really would appreciate it as the link only last for a week just so we can manage it correctly.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the staff at Gretna Green Famous Blacksmiths Shop for today,

One of our coaches called in earlier today on start of their tour heading to Scotland for 5 days,

Unfortunately one of our passengers had a fall banging her head and was unable to continue on the tour,

The amazing staff looked after until an ambulance arrived,

After assessing her in the ambulance they said she didn't need a hospital visit and was ok to go home and get checked by her own GP,

After they got ridiculous taxi prices to get them back home i decided to go and personally pick them up but as time was getting on I wasn't going to get there before it closed,

They didn't just kick them out they left members of their staff behind to look after them until i arrived, which i thing is fantastic service,

The passenger and her friend are now safely back home after their ordeal and were in good spirits when I drop them off,

Hope you get things sorted and looking forward to getting you back on board our coaches,
