Due to Airbnb new rules we will not be accepting any further reservations from this platform from 20 November. If you are not already familiar, airbnb no longer allows us to have, nor to ask for contact details of our guests, no address, no phone number not even an email address. We are not allowed to ask for ID,s. Further we are no longer allowed to request that guest wash up items they have used in the kitchen, nor to put the recycling in the provided containers outside. The message to customers is do what you want and just walk out the door. Airbnb say we should introduce or increase cleaning fees. Of course airbnb want this as we currently pay 18.6% commission on everything. People should really be asking what exactly do airbnb provide for 18.6% apart from screwing small businesses. You will stiil be able to find us on booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, etc but for the cheapest price, at least 15% cheaper than anywhere else on the web book direct https://waterfallcottages.co.uk/

Are you coming to the Waterfalls over the next few days? Just look at that weather ☀️ SUMMER IS HERE ☀️ The Bar will be open, there will be fresh pizza alongside all your cafe faves. And you can even park if you want to be close to the 🚘 Just put Clyngwyn Bunkhouse in Google Maps and you’ll find us 📍And please wear proper footwear
