Important reminder for residents whose main heating fuel for their home is heating oil or LPG.

A £200 one-off support payment is still available to low income households. To qualify you have to be entitled to the Council Tax Reduction Scheme (CTRS) at any time between 1 April and 31 July 2026.

Eligible residents have until 30 September 2026 to submit an application.

Welcome to our new Board members!

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Glyn Jones and Steve Dimmick, who will be joining the Monmouthshire Housing Association Board later this month.

Glyn is a qualified accountant with senior leadership experience across the NHS in Wales and the South West of England. He is also a trustee of Citizens Advice Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent and is passionate about the role public services play in supporting local communities.

Steve brings more than 25 years' experience in digital technology, commercial leadership and governance. As founder and former CEO of software company doopoll, he has worked extensively with housing organisations across Wales to support innovation and tenant engagement.

We look forward to welcoming Glyn and Steve to the Board and the valuable expertise they will bring to our organisation💚

MHA is delighted to have once again achieved the highest possible regulatory judgement of 'Green' for Governance & Finance from the Welsh Government.
