*update (10/06) - we are aiming to catch up with emails relating to the summer school (and Tour bookings) by tomorrow (Thursday 11th)
Our small team are all volunteers and work commitments this week have mean’t replies have been delayed.
Places for summer school are now very limited but we will be in contact as soon as possible.

✅A high number of registration forms are out for completion- please return forms as soon as possible. Places are limited.
✅A reminder that places are confirmed once payment has been made. There is currently outstanding payments on retuned forms.

✅ Registration for our Ulster Scots Summer School is now open
‼️ There is TWO separate summer schools this year:
➡️ 7-10 Years ~ 27th July-31st July
➡️11-14 Years ~ 3rd August - 7th August
For a Registration Form please email [email protected] and follow the instructions below:
✅ In email subject line please include either Ulster Scots Summer School 7-10 request
Or
Ulster Scots Summer School 11-14 request
This will be a big help to our volunteer admin team as we monitor the number of requests for each week coming in.
✅ Registration works on a first come first served basis and we will send forms out in order of requests received.
✅If the number of requests reaches a high number, as they have done for the last number of years, we will pause requests to allow individuals time to complete forms and return in a short time frame.
✅ A place is only confirmed once we have received a completed registration form, payment has been received and we have emailed you back to confirm a place.
✅ Once places are oversubscribed a waiting list will be put into place.
✅Please double check any dates of holidays etc that you have booked before requesting or returning a form.
✅We kindly ask that the parents/guardians for each child make a direct request for a registration form, rather than individuals requesting a number of forms on behalf of friends or extended family and then passing them on before direct contact has been made.
‼️We appreciate that the graphics in the post are copied and screenshot to be sent into groups etc. we kindly ask that you share the whole post, so that individuals receive all the important information above ‼️
