Get out and around the Ards Peninsula this summer.

Kearney old coastal fishing village is my favourite hidden gem on the Ards Peninsula. At this time of year the wildflowers are in bloom, the birds are singing and all is well in the little village where time has stood still.
The village has a rich social history and many entertaining stories.
Join me on Saturday 18 July for an easy guided walk, experience Ireland unrushed for yourself!
Afterwards there is the option to enjoy tea/ coffee/ homemade fruit soda bread/ pancakes/ jam at the picnic tables on the Irish Sea coast.

We enjoyed lovely warm, dry weather on our Woodland and heritage walk around Strangford this morning. A lovely group of ladies from around County Down joined me for a leisurely walk exploring the flora and fauna found locally and its’ history and heritage. I appreciated the interest and support from women who themselves run small businesses. The tour turned out to also be a networking opportunity.
After the tour the group relaxed over lunch at the award winning Cuan hotel.
