Here’s something that not everyone knows…until now 👀

Alongside our gym, Pilates studio, classes and recovery facilities, we’ll also have a coffee shop serving refreshments and a range of healthier snacks to fuel your day.

Whether you’re finishing a workout, waiting for a class, meeting a friend, or simply passing by you’ll be more than welcome.

This will sit alongside our gym and have a cosy inviting feeling to help you feel right at home within our health hub. Best of all, you don’t have to be a member to be able to use it.

Worth noting that the image is a mock-up only, but a very nice one if we do say so ourselves but we don’t quite need so many seats and a duplicate counter space as shown 🤣 and like anything, these things are always subject to change as renovations get underway 👀

🚧 Work has officially started! 🚧

Scaffolding goes up tomorrow, so to celebrate (and because we can’t afford to lose a couple of days’ trading while everything gets covered up! 😅), we’re giving you 10% OFF everything this Friday and Saturday.

✨ Please don’t be put off by the works ✨

We are OPEN AS USUAL, even if we look a little closed from the outside! There will be scaffolding and protective netting up for a few days while the old render is removed, but we’re still here and ready to welcome you.

If you’ve been thinking about popping in, this weekend is the perfect time ❤️

Thank you so much for supporting our little independent shop while we give Koko a much-needed facelift. We can’t wait to show you the finished result!

📍 Open as usual
💗 10% off everything Friday & Saturday
🚧 Please excuse the mess!

The world's last seagoing paddle steamer is sailing from Swansea to Ilfracombe and Lundy Island next month 🚢

⚓ PS Waverley - the world's last seagoing paddle steamer - is celebrating 80 years since her launch on the Clyde in 1946 with her longest sailing season in over a decade.

🛳️ Built in 1946, the fully steam-powered vessel carries up to 860 passengers and has carried over 6 million passengers to date. On board, passengers can visit the engine room, watch the paddles turning and enjoy food and drink in period lounge facilities.

📍 It comes to Swansea on Friday, June 5th where passengers will meet the crew at Fabian Way Park & Ride where a free shuttle bus will take them to Swansea Docks to board.

🏖️ There are two destinations to choose from on the same sailing:
Swansea to Ilfracombe - the ship drops you in the popular North Devon resort for time ashore, then picks you back up for the return journey. Adults £63 including fuel surcharge.

🏝️ Swansea to Lundy Island - the ship continues from Ilfracombe out to the remote Lundy Island for time ashore, before heading back. Adults £73 including fuel surcharge.

🚌 Both options return to Swansea via an inclusive coach from Porthcawl.
