Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa in Welsh) is the highest mountain in and is one of our most famous and recognisable landmarks. Nothing beats the 360-degree view on top of / , especially now with the fantastic weather we are having for the next 5 days!

So, if you are keen to walk up Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa this weekend or next week and need somewhere to stay. You are in luck as we have just had another cancellation for a cottage in which is next to Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa from 17th-24th of July:

Quarryman's Cottage is a 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps 4 people situated in the charming mountain village of Beddgelert, which is said to derive its name either from the faithful hound of Prince Llewellyn, or that of a Celtic missionary, depending on the view of history you subscribe to. What is not in dispute is that this terraced stone cottage built in the 1800s for men working in the local slate and copper mines, at the confluence of the Glaslyn and Colwyn Rivers, affords a sumptuous base camp to enable , , trail , and whatever their ability to enjoy all that Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri - Snowdonia National Park has to offer.
