Straight from our newest 1-Star Director Kachi Kay, here are the lessons learned along the way and words worth keeping in mind 🙌✨🏆

Kachi Kay: Reaching 1-Star Director has taught me a few powerful lessons I want to leave with you today:

1. Consistency beats intensity. It wasn’t one big push that got me here, it was the daily small actions - reaching out, following up, showing up.

2. Stay plugged in. Success is easier when you stay connected to the team, the energy, and the system. You don’t have to do this alone, tap into the momentum of the whole team.

3. Keep it simple. Use the tools, share the story, invite people. Don’t overcomplicate the process.

4 Believe bigger, maintain a positive mindset. The only real limit is the one you set in your mind. When you raise your belief, your actions follow. I had times when I felt low, discouraged... but I never lost hope.

5. Help others win. The moment I shifted focus from just building for myself to helping my team duplicate success, everything changed.

The truth is, if I can achieve this, so can you. I’m no different. I just made the decision to go all in, stay consistent, and never stop learning and growing.
