Omg I can’t believe my results 🙌

I’ve always been really good with my exercise🏋️ and thought my eating was ok I tried so many different things but wasn’t shifting the weight that I wanted off so decided to go see the lovely Laura at nutrition station

Now anyone that knows me knows I hate being told what to do and to change things but it wasn’t like that with Laura she listened and helped me understand why things may not be shifting for me and helped me so much with my eating

Didn’t tell me I couldn’t eat this or that just showed me a different way and …..

I’m 1 STONE and 4 lbs down now since March

45 cms ⬇️ all over 📏
5.5% Body fat ⬇️
15 years younger ⬇️ 👶
2 litres of visceral fat ⬇️

Less bloated 🐷
Running faster 🏃‍♀️
My digestive health is so much better 💩

And I’m eating more than I was and still loosing !!

Clothes are smaller sizes too , feel more toned and stronger !!

I’ve been attending The Nutrition Station in Cosham for about 3 months or so now and I’ve been getting really great results there and feel absolutely amazing!!
