Those of you who have stayed with us will probably recognise 'Patrick' our robot lawn mower (Dad named him after the actor ‘Patrick Mower’). He’s been reliably mowing our lawns for 5 years now.
Unfortunately, a few weeks ago Octopus energy installed a shiny new smart meter into the windmill which immediately stopped working starving poor Patrick of electricity.
So today we have relocated him to the other side of the lawn. We spent most of the time in the wet grass, wandered around looking for the right tool, and stopping for a cup of tea.
He’s got a few weeks mowing to catch up on be he’s up to the challenge.
