Well after nothing but wind and rain it looks like we finally have some settled weather from tomorrow, we will be back open with the added bonus that we will now be serving a selection of food during the ferry times. See you all over the weekend.

Did you know that it is illegal to use flares that are expired or damaged, after which point they must be disposed of safely?

The responsibility of disposing of unused flares can prove to be a little tricky since carriage and storage regulations changed.

The local authority planning application for the Hambleton flood wall scheme is available for all to view on the Wyre Borough Council website. Search for planning application number 23/00960/LMAJ, or use this link: https://publicaccess.wyre.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=S29IQRSD09P00. There are a lot of documents. The area around the club is designated as Zone 1, so the documents relating to Zone 1 are probably of most interest to club members.
