🎉 Water Activities Update – We're Reopening! 🎉
After nearly a week without seeing any blue-green algae, and with the small area we previously identified remaining at less than 1m², we have made the decision to reopen kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing from 9:00am on Tuesday 4th August. 🚣‍♀️🌊

We do still have some green algae present in parts of the lake, and we will continue to monitor conditions daily. The safety of our customers remains our top priority, and we will close activities again if conditions require it.

If you're planning to visit and are unsure of the current conditions, please give the shop a call before setting off.

💙 To celebrate getting everyone back on the water, we're also bringing back our fantastic Local's Offer!

❤️ Half-price water activities for residents in LD1, LD2 & LD6 between 10:00am and 11:00am every day throughout the summer holidays (proof of residence required).
Check out the poster below for all the details! 👇
Thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding and support while we managed this situation. We can't wait to welcome you back on the water! 🚣🛶☀️

The choice will change each week so keep an eye out on our socials for what that will be, this will run alongside our usual lunch menu 🤤

We will also be adjusting our opening hours for winter and won't be opening for lunch service on SATURDAYS. Instead we will open at 4pm with a roaring fire and great b**r (food will be served in the evening from 6pm as usual).
