This week so far it's been rental property maintenance.
Change a cast iron downpipe to plastic due to cracking of pipes. Swapping out shower riser, hose and head.
Smaller job of grout and silicone replacement. Rehanging towel rail, door adjustment etc.

So today I went off to the Air Cadet HQ and put up some battens that would allow plaques from many destinations and regiments to be displayed. Next came some poppy appeal awards and then multiple commemorative certificates for Cadets and their commanding officers. Some of these dated back as far as 1960's.
TV and wipe boards errected to finish off the job.

I was looked after by a very nice chap who was keen to help and tell me all about what the cadets do and his experiences.

So it was a new letter box, silicone around door and willow sheeting layed across top of pergola to try and stop the pigeons using the table below as target practise.
All this was done in rather damp conditions, I looked rather damp in the end.
