Always Active Day centres for older people living with dementia in various locations in
Cheshire East.

Always Active Day Centres provide support for people living with dementia, by offering a range of activities and a chance to socialise. They are based in Bramhall, Handforth, Knutsford, Macclesfield and Poynton. They're open all day and staff and volunteers organise different activities to suit and entertain the people who go there. These can include board games, bingo sessions, , craft activities

, entertainment, exercise classes, day trips and much more. Light snacks are provided in the morning and afternoon and a light two course lunch at midday.

We got our gr00ve on this afternoon in the sports hall. More room to strut our funky stuff and we had a great time with Male Vocalist - Shaun Sloan. Everyone bopping away, great start to the weekend. 🤩😍🥰🎵🎵🎶🎶🎙🎤

Hi. I hope Mum has had a lovely last day at AA. I wanted to come and say bye but I am away at the moment. A big thank you to you and all the wonderful helpers at the club - you all do an amazing job 😍 Mum has thoroughly enjoyed coming and has some lovely memories and handmade things that we we will treasure forever. Thank you again for everything ❤️ ###x

These past weeks have been fabulous!
We've had a canal boat trip, a zumba session from our regular dance instructor, professional entertainers, a visiting guest speaker with some amazing birds from an owl sanctuary, all in addition to our fun, games, quizzes, arts and crafts. We've served coffee and biscuits, 3 course light lunches and afternoon tea and cake at every one of our small groups, and dont forget all trips, activities and meals are included in the cost.
With a maximum of 12 visitors per group we ensure everyone gets the time, attention and support they need. If you want a caring, fun, stimulating day for your loved one we have availability in both our Knutsford and Macclesfield groups.
With 11 years experience in East Cheshire/South Manchester delivering award winning service at affordable prices why not come along for a visit to see what we have to offer. *Funded places are available via Cheshire East Council subject to meeting their criteria*

We've We've an amazing afternoon getting our crafty heads on. We made these gorgeous coasters from sea glass. Aren't they wonderful? Everyone had the opportunity to make their own unique designs. Very therapeutic, creative and relaxing. Huge sense of pride in the outcome.
