It has been an incredibly sad few days for our company. We’ve suddenly lost a 54-year-young man whom I’ve personally known for nearly 30 years, and had the privilege of working alongside for many of those great years. Ste Marsh — a devoted family man, a hard worker, and a true legend to Damian Lee Building and to all of our team — you will be deeply, deeply missed. 💙💙💙💙
Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family and friends during this very difficult time.

We’re offering a fantastic summer trial placement with the possibility of progressing into a full apprenticeship role later in the year.

Position: Summer Trial Bricklaying labourer/ site operative
Location: Sites in and around the Preston area.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Start Date: Soon
Duration: Summer placement (6–8 weeks) with a view to offering an apprenticeship to the right candidate.

We recently completed a full refurbishment of this charming cottage for fantastic clients, transforming both the interior and exterior to breathe new life into the property. From structural upgrades to stylish finishes, every detail was carefully considered to blend modern comfort with timeless character. It’s another example of our commitment to quality craftsmanship and delivering results.

Project complete!

We were contracted to deliver a full design and build service for a private client in Buckshaw Village. The project involved extending the existing garage to create a study and games room.
The client requested that the extension blend seamlessly with the existing property, and we’re pleased with how well the final result complements the original structure.

We were conducted to contruct a single storey side extension and reconfigure the entire ground floor to form a larger kitchen and living area.
