The result is a traditional rural dwelling set in beautiful grounds with heated pool, green spaces and a brook. The main house has a large kitchen dining area with a 4 oven aga. This leads to a huge utility area equipped with a full

2nd kitchen, and laundry room. Also leading from the kitchen is the living room with large inglenook fireplace and log burner under oak lintel, and solid oak floor. This part of the house has two bathrooms, a downstairs lavatory and 5 bedrooms. 2 king size, a bunk bed room, a single and a twin. There are three entrances to the main house. A front entrance to the hall and stairs, and rear entrance to the utility area. A further entrance is through the conservatory which also leads to the barn annex. The barn annex, as the name suggests is a converted barn. A large well lit living room has french windows to the garden and outdoor dining area. Adjacent is an office area equipped with a large comfortable desk
Upstairs is accessed via a cast iron spiral staircase where there is a further bathroom, kingsize bedroom and twin room. The gardens are mature and set in a wooded vale. Plenty of lawns, paths, and sitting areas. There is a very large seating area by the pool as well as two sun loungers. An outdoor dining area adjacent to the french window entrance seats 10
