Great weekend on the boat probably had every bit of weather possible except snow over the 3 days plenty of fish plenty of banter as usual hounds now showing in greater numbers and a decent showing of bass 9 species overall throughout the weekend.

That's the winter refit all done and the boat is in tip top condition and ready for a busy season the calender is filling up fast up to date booking list is available to see on our website.
Our prices will stay the same for the 2026 season unless fuel prices sky rocket for any reason our offshore and wreck fishing prices are £80 per head upto 8 people,in 2025 our Friday afternoon/evening were very popular and threw up some decent fish prices on the evening trips will depend on time at sea and numbers.

That's a wrap for us at cassie rose charters for 2025 a windy spring good summer and a terrible autumn with just 2 trips in the last 8 weeks,the boat is now out of the water for its annual maintenance and a few alterations to the wheelhouse no stone unturned the boat gets what the boat needs well done to all our anglers through the summer many breaking there P.B bass records this summer by far my best bass season to date and with the rule change for next year allowing anglers the extra fish we can only hope for as good a season in 2026 .
To all my customers old and new who's loyalty I'm extremely greatful for.

Our 2026 bookings are now open and availability can be checked via our website.
We are very lucky to have a decent number of reliable regular customers and our weekend dates go quickly.
The boat is booked to be lifted out the water on 22nd December and we will start back first weekend in March.

Very enjoyable weekend great people onboard friday Saturday and Sunday Friday was tough due to conditions but Saturday and Sunday there was plenty of fish bass limit reached no with plenty of dabs Whiting pouting hounds gurnard dogs to go with them thanks again for all of my regular customers loyalty.

Enjoyable weekend on the boat started Friday with the annual RNLI kids fishing competition a fantastic amount of money raised again and good results for the boat on a tough day's fishing for the youngsters, we didn't go Saturday as I couldn't get to where I wanted to go due to the weather forecast although not as bad as forecast it would have been uncomfortable.
Sunday a short trip with Adam and wills regulars on the boat now we had 2 nice keeper bass along with 18 under sized fish all safely returned, we then became the marine version of the AA towing friend dog fish dave back to the harbour due to his wafty batteries.
Today(Sunday) we welcomed two groups both real good company and nice to have a local reform Councillor onboard with some nice bass upto 6.5lb half a dozen decent hounds and several pesky dogfish.
Thanks again to all involved over the weekend your custom is very much appreciated

Great weekend on the boat again plenty of P.Bs broken tougher going than the last few weeks friday afternoon was a bit of a lash up ill take responsibility for that but if you don't try different stuff you'll ever know.
Decent weather good company makes this job what it is thanks again for your loyal custom.

Another great day with great company well fished everyone over the weekend lots of P.Bs broken best fish today 11lb4oz a fish we tried to return after 10 minutes of trying we had to give up, 2 weeks ago we lost a big fish at the net I was devastated to lose it today we landed the big fish but after trying so hard to return it without success I think I felt worse,a few hounds 1 nice skate and a lonely dab came to the boat also.
