So far this fabulous city hasn't disappointed! So easy to get here with direct flights from Alicante too!
Highly recommend our hotel right by the famous bridge and with superb views to wake up to with glorious sunshine!
Wandered across the bridge last night and enjoyed delicious food by the river and the atmosphere was buzzing!
FC Porto lost to close rivals Benfica but to hear the fans singing you'd have thought they'd won the Champions League! ⚽️
Today we're following in the footsteps of Michael Portillo who filmed here recently and exploring some more.
Our luggage will be collected from the hotel and delivered to our ship later this afternoon which was tip from my good friend Trish who did a river cruise here last week.

I am still working so anyone waiting for quotes etc rest assured I will be in touch. The office is open and in the excellent hands of Jessica!

Departure Day!

My turn! Yay off to Porto to sail tomorrow on the beautiful River Douro!
No champagne glasses left in the lounge so large measures it is!!

I am due to sail on her with some of my colleagues later this month so I hope she is ready!!

We all need a little pampering now and again right? My friend Haylee spotted Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas undergoing a full refurbishment in Port of Cadiz before beginning her Mediterranean sailings.
Hope they hurry up, I am sailing on her with some colleagues later this month!

𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 !

The suitcase I posted yesterday, accompanied by my lovely cruise buddies is flying out to Barbados to join a fabulous Caribbean cruise, followed by an Atlantic crossing and visits to a handful of European ports before arriving in Southampton 20 days later! Don't even ask me how envious I am! The icing on the cake is that they will be sailing in MSC Yacht Club!
I am convinced that in three weeks time I will get a call from MSC to say my clients are refusing to disembark!
