An exotic solo trip to China awaits my super solo traveller next November.

Also looking ahead to November, lovely returning customers saw it on here and booked it - the fantastic transatlantic cruise to South America!

A tempting long stay Thailand offer with business class flights was too good to miss for a fab adventurous couple.

A week in the life of an independent travel agent...

Well that was a challenging week. It's not just about booking lovely holidays and cruises. I may seem calm and swan-like on the surface but beneath the water is a whole load of frantic paddling when things don't go as smoothly as one would hope.
Airlines throw in schedule changes, rivers dry up and cruise lines change itineraries. It's my job to get everything back on track with as little disruption as humanly possible while working with tour operators who are also looking after their bottom line.

I appreciate everyone's patience if you've been affected and if you're waiting for quotes from me I will be getting them out as soon as possible.

If you've seen me in the last few days you may think I've been in the ring with Mike Tyson with a swollen, bloodshot eye, so today I am taking time away from my screen and I will be back at it tomorrow.

Lots of people booked in next week so do make an appointment if you want to come into the office!
