It’s been brought to my attention that I haven’t introduced myself to those that don’t know me, oops! I’m Louise, An advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) with over 20 years of experience in both general practice and out of hours across North Wales. I’m an NMC registered, independent prescriber with enhanced DBS certification, i have trained to masters level in advanced clinical practice, have worked as a specialist in bladder and bowel dysfunction and have a special interest in womens’ health and dermatology, I’m an active member of the primary care dermatology society (PCDS). I am dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence -based care that is tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
I founded Mon Primary Health after recognizing the need for accessible, flexible healthcare outside traditional working hours and for those who may find it difficult to leave their homes or work during the day. Appointments are available 7 days a week, from 7.30am to 9pm, with appointments outside of these hours available upon request.
We provide services to children and adults (excluding pregnant related conditions), ensuring that everyone in our community has access to the healthcare they deserve no matter their circumstances. Services include ear syringing (irrigation and microsuction), foot and nail care, skin lesion removal by freezing or excision (warts,verruca, skin tags, benign pigmented lesions and solar keratosis anywhere on the body), menopause, postponement of menstruation, emergency contraception and acute conditions such as, gout, UTI, cough, infection, wound care and post operative management.
Away from work I spend most of my time caring for my horses, dogs, cats and sheep. I have an ever growing family that I love to spend time with. I enjoy painting and gardening but admit to being an enthusiastic amateur.
