The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table large enough to seat 12 people comfortably.

The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, SMART TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory.

The second sitting room has a large corner sofa and a SMART TV and a Blu- ray player, a number of games.

Conservatory a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, has comfortable seating with double doors leading out to the garden.

The cloakroom has toilet, wash hand basin and hooks for coats.

The houses has a very large mature wrap around garden with trees and plants collected from around the world.

There is a patio and BBQ area, with adequate seating and tables for alfresco dining.

Their are several lawned areas and a secluded sunken garden area for those wanting peace and quiet.

Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans.

Utility room has a sink unit, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge and freezer. Storage for surf boards, bikes, canoes in the long glass back porch.

A very spacious bedroom with a Super King size bed and single day bed. The triangle feature window allows you to wake up and enjoy the countryside on your doorstep. This room also has two armchairs and a large triple wardrobe.
