Q: Gem, what’s the best way to make payments towards my holiday?

A: Going forward you have a some of these options…

1. As soon as you have booked, you will receive an email with your booking information and a link to make any future payments. (This is the easiest and most convenient way to pay as you have access to it when needed.)
This is how I pay my holidays off when I have no access to my laptop, it’s very easy to do. 🙂

2. If you have booked through me, send me a message within working hours and I’ll happily take the payment. 👍

3. ‼️ If I am ever away from the office going forward and you cannot pay through the link. All future payments are be made ONLY to Snowdonia Travel in Colwyn bay on 01492 588500 (please only contact Prestatyn if you have tried all other options) .

April has arrived and some smashing holidays have been booked for my lovely customers.

🩵Polite Notice: Easter is soon approaching and I will be taking some time away from the office to spend with my little ladies to have our own get away. ✈️

🩷Any existing enquiries, I will be available to assist until Tuesday 15th April.

🩵All New Enquiries need to be in by 2:30pm on Thursday 10th April.

🩷All departures for April and up to May 14th, will be checked in. Tickets & Boarding cards will also be printed/emailed and sent before I go away. X

Jay Slater, 19, is missing on holiday in Tenerife after going to stay with people he met on a night out.

The last person to hear from Jay was his friend Lucy, yesterday morning as he tried to walk back to their accommodation. He told her his phone was on 1% battery, he needed water, and didn't know where he was. His phone then died with his last location showing as being in 'the middle of mountains with nothing around'.

Lucy said: "One of the people he has met has hired a car out of here, so he's driven them back to his apartment and Jay has gone there not realising how far away it is."
