Villa Jasmine is a stunning, bright, spacious villa with spectacular views to the mountains and countryside, located 4 km north from Ibiza Town, in a peaceful residential area. It is a well located home with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Vila, restaurants and bars.
Outside you can enjoy a private, very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas, there is private parking for 4 cars, an inviting large swimming pool area surrounded by 6 sun beds and 2 sunshades. There is a “summer house” right beside the pool that boasts a stunning, bright living room with log fire, TV and a round dining table; a kitchen and a toilet. On entering the villa on the ground floor there is an entrance hall from where you reach the fully equipped stylish kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, cafe Nespresso and microwave) with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen has direct access to the pool area.
